燃煤发电厂省煤器管高温冲蚀磨损特性的研究 被引量:2

THE INVESTIGATION OF HIGH TEMPERATURE ERODING WEAR CHARACTERISTICS OF ECONOMIZER PIPES OF COAL-FIRED POWER STATIONS

摘要 利用自制高温冲蚀磨损试验装置,对燃煤发电厂省煤器管道(20钢)进行高温冲蚀模拟试验,并对20钢室温冲蚀以及Ni-W合金刷镀层高温冲蚀作了对比试验。结果表明,局部塑性变形、疲劳剥落、犁削和切削作用是20钢管道高温冲蚀磨损的主要机理。Ni-W合金刷镀层脆性大,结合力不强,不能提高省煤器管道的使用寿命。 In this paper, high temperature eroding wear simulated test wasmade about 20 steel economizer pipes of coal-fired power station by using hightemperature eroding wear testing device made by ourself, meanwhile, the authorsmade the contrast test of room temperature eroding wear of 20 steel and hightemperature eroding wear of Ni-W electric brush coat. It has been shown thatlocal plastic deformation, fatigue spalling, cutting and ploughing are main hightemperature eroding wear mechanisms of 20 steel economizer pipes. High brittlenessand low connecting force of Ni-W electric brush coat can not improve the usinglifetime of economizer pipes.
