摘要
分析证实结晶晶核的形成方式及其稳定外形完全受控于形核功ΔG_c,并且存在一临界过冷度ΔT_0。当ΔT<ΔT_0时,按晶体学形核,其稳定外形近似为Wulff多面体;当ΔT>ΔT_0时,主要按非晶体学形核,其稳定外形为密堆积多面体。
It is shown that the formation and its stable shape on nucleusof crystallization are controlled by nucleating work ΔGc, and there is a criticalundercooling ΔT_0. When ΔT<ΔT_0, its stable shape is approximately Wulff polyhe-dron in crystalline state; When ΔT>ΔTo, closest-packed polyhedron in amorp-hous state.
