摘要
在高校改革和发展的过程中 ,大学生违法犯罪的案件呈上升态势。造成大学生违法犯罪的诱因很多 ,但归纳起来主要有客观和主观两个方面。客观原因包括家庭、学校和社会 3个主要因素 ;主观原因有法律意识淡薄、道德缺失。
In the course of the development and reform of higher education, the criminal cases of university students are on the rise. The many causes for their criminal acts may boil down to two categories: subjective and objective causes. Objective causes include family, school and society, while subjective ones include low legal consciousness, low morality, and psychological unhealthiness.
