血管内皮生长因子和碱性成纤维生长因子在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨有关血管生长因子在血管生成及子宫内膜异位症发生发展中的作用。方法 应用免疫组织化学法分析血管内皮生长因子 (Vascularendothelialgrowthfactor ,VEGF)、碱性成纤维生长因子 (Basicfibroblastgrowthfactor,bFGF)与子宫内膜组织中微血管密度及其阳性表达率的关系。结果 在异位内膜中VEGF、bFGF的阳性表达率分别为 75 %和 6 3.89% ,明显高于正常内膜组 42 .86 %和 39.2 9% (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。VEGF、bFGF的阳性表达率在卵巢子宫内膜样囊肿组织、子宫肌腺症组织中无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。微血管密度在VEGF、bFGF的阳性组表达明显高于VEGF、bFGF的阴性表达组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 VEGF、bFGF与子宫内膜异位症的血管生成密度相关 ,VEGF。 Objective To investigate the role of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in angiogenesis and in development of endometriosis.Methods A total of 72 specimens of endometriosis were evaluated by immunohistological techique with polyclonal antibody against VEGF and bFGF.The microvessels were highlighted by immunohistological staining to detect factor Ⅷ-related antigen.The relationships between VEGF and bFGF expressions and microvessel density were analyzed.Results Expressions of VEGF and bFGF in ectopic endometrial cells were higher than those in normal endometrial cells (75% vs 42.86% and 63.89% vs 39.29%,respectively,P<0.01 and P<0.05).The microvessel densities in VEGF bFCF-positive patients were significantly higher than those in VEGF bFGF-negative patients(P<0.01).Conclusions There are close relationships between VEGF bFGF and endometriotic angiogenesis.VEGF and bFGF play an important role in the progression of endometriosis.
