大鼠提睾肌微循环内微栓子的实验研究

摘要 目的 :研究微栓子在微循环内的变化及其对微循环的影响。方法 :16只雄性Sprague Dawley大鼠制备右侧提睾肌模型 ,吻合髂动脉后 ,采用活体微循环观察技术以及计算机图像处理技术观察进入提睾肌微循环内的微栓子以及功能毛细血管密度的变化 ,扫描电镜观察微栓子的组成。结果 :血管吻合后产生了微栓子 ;微栓子在微循环内变形、分裂、碰撞聚集、阻断血流 ;吻合灌注后 3h ,功能毛细血管密度降到基础值的 57.6% ;微栓子几乎全部由处于不同激活状态的血小板组成并显著脱颗粒。结论 :微栓子释放的血管活性物质降低微循环的灌注 。 To investigate the change of microemboli in the downs tream microcirculation and study on the effect of microemboli on microcirculatio n.Method: Sixteen male Sprague Dawley rat were seperated randomly into two groups after the isolated cremaster model had been prepared.Anastomosi s was performed on the right iliac artery.The change of microemboli and function al capillary density was viewed and measured with the aid of a vital microscope equipped with closed circuit video television recording system and image analys is system.Microemboli were observed through transmission electron microscope.Results: Microemboli appeared following vessel repair;Microembol i might transform,break up,collide each other,block blood flow,Functional capill ary density gradually decreased 57.6% of baseline after 3 hour reperfusion;Micro emboli were made up almost exclusively of platelet in different degrees of activ ation and aggregation and markedly secreted vasoactive substances.Conclusion: Vasoactive substances released from microemboli sign ificantly decreased microcirculation perfusion,doctor should take the effect of emboli seriously.
