腋部瘢痕挛缩的整复外科治疗

Repair surgery treatment of axillary burn scar contracture

目的 :探讨腋部瘢痕挛缩的整复外科治疗方法。方法 :轻度患者一般采用五瓣法或 Z成形术整复 ,重度患者采用肩胛旁轴型皮瓣 ,侧胸岛状皮瓣或全厚皮加邻近皮瓣整复术。结果 :术后配合功能锻炼 ,均取得满意的治疗效果。结论 :五瓣术或 Z成形术是修复轻度腋部瘢痕挛缩的有效手术方法 ,肩胛旁轴型皮瓣。

Objective:To study the repair surgerg treatment of axillarg burn scur contracture.Methods:Repair surgery treatment of mild cases with the 5-flap procedure and Z-plasty that of severe cases with parascapular plap and lateral thoracic island or a local rotational flap plus free skin graft.Results:The better result was obtained in all patients.Conclusion:The 5-flap procedure and Z-plasty are good repair methods in mild cases,the parascapular flap and lateral thoracic island or a local rotational flap plus free skin grafe are good repair methods in severe cases.
