摘要
目的:对正常人、根尖肉芽肿患者牙髓组织中NO含量进行检测,初步探讨NO在牙髓组织自身修复中的作用。方法:采用荧光分光光度法检测其中亚硝酸根(NO2-)含量,以间接测定NO含量。结果:正常人牙髓组织中NO含量无性别差异(P>0.05);根尖肉芽肿牙髓组织中NO含量则显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:牙髓组织中NO含量的变化与其炎症反应有一定的联系,NO可能在根尖肉芽肿和自身修复过程中起到一定的作用。
Objective: To determine the nitric oxide levels in normal and periapical granuloma human pulps tissue, and to study the function of NO in pulpal inflammation and self-repairing. Methods: Using fluorometric method for the determination of nitrite, which stands for the NO level. Results: it was found that there was no significant difference in NO of healthy individual dental pulps between male and female (P>0.05),however, NO in pulps of periapical granuloma was significantly higer than that in normalpulp(P<0.05). Conclusion: NO may play a role in periapical granuloma and self-repairing.
