安福隆联合硫普罗宁治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of Anferon combined with Tiopronin in chronic hepatitis B

目的:探讨安福隆(干扰素-a2b)联合硫普罗宁(凯西莱)治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法:选择50例慢性乙型肝炎患者,随机分为两组,A组50例应用安福隆联合硫普罗宁治疗;B组46例单用安福隆治疗。结果:治疗结束时,A组ALT复常率为88%,HBeAg阴转率为58%,HBV-DNA阴转率为68%;而B组分别为63%,37%和43%。两组间HBeAg阴转率和HBV-DNA阴转率有显著差异。结论:安福隆联合硫普罗宁治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效更佳。

Objective: To explore the efficacy of Anferon (IFN-a2b)combined with Tiopronin in chronic hepatitis B. Method: 50 cases with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups. Group A was given Anferon combined with Tiopronin; group B was given Anferon alone. Results: At the end of treatment, the ALT nonnalization rate, the HBeAg Seroconversion rate and the HBV-DNA seroconversion rate in group A were 88%, 58% and 68%, respectively. Those of group B were 63%,37% and 43% respectively. There were significantly differences in the HBeAg and the HBV-DNA seroconversion rate between group A and groupB. Conclusion: Anferon combined with Tiopronin is more effective in chronic hepatitis B.
