摘要
目的:建立硫酸阿托品眼膏的含量测定的紫外分光光度方法.方法:用无水乙醇提取后,在258nm测定吸光度.结果:在0.3~1.1 mg/ml范围内,吸光度与硫酸阿托品的浓度间线性关系良好(r>0.999).模拟样品的平均回收率为99.9%~100.4%,相对标准差为0.61%~1.1%.结论:本法简单、准确,可用于硫酸阿托品眼膏的测定.
Objective: A UV spectrophotometry for the determination of Atropine sulfate eye ointment was established. Method: After extracting with absolute ethanol, Atropine sulfate was determined at wavelength 258 nm. Results: The absorbance and concentration showed better linear relation between 0.3 mg/ml to 1.1 mg/ml (r>0.999). The average recovery of simulated sample was 99.9% to 100.4%, with related standard difference of 0.61% to 1.1%. Conclusion: The established method is simple and accurate. It is suitable for the determination of Atropine sulfate eye ointment
