摘要
目的 :探讨泌尿生殖道感染患者解脲支原体 (U U)及人型支原体 (MH)检出及药敏情况。方法 :采用支原体培养、计数、鉴定、药敏一体化试剂盒 ,对 12 5 0例门诊患者进行了支原体检测 ,并对阳性标本做 3种抗生素药敏试验。结果 :12 5 0例标本中支原体阳性 6 14例 ,阳性率为 4 9.1%。解脲支原体 (U U)、人型支原体 (MH)及 UU +MH混合感染的阳性率分别为 30 .5 % (381例 )、2 .8% (35例 )、15 .8% (198例 )。支原体对 3种药物敏感性分别为 :强力霉素 97.1% ,罗红霉素 95 .3% ,氧氟沙星 6 4 % ;UU+MH在混合感染时耐药性最高为罗红霉素 85 .9% ,其次为氧氟沙星 72 .2%。结论 :本组泌尿生殖道感染者支原体检出阳性率高达 4 9.1% ,主要为 UU引起 6 2 .1% (381/ 6 14 ) ;其次为 UU+MH混合感染占 32 .2 % (198/ 6 14 ) ;由于 UU、MH对抗生素敏感性不同 。
Objective To investigate the detectable rate and the drug resistance of U.urelyticum(UU) and M.hominis (MH)in urogenital tract infection. Methods Mycoplasma culture was Carried out with the sample of 1 250 cases and the susceptibility of mycoplasma to three kinds of antimycrobial angents were done on the positive samples. The culture, count, identification and the drug resistance of myocoplasma were carried out with one complex mycoplasma kit. Results 614 of 1250 cases were infected with mycoplasma and the positive rate was 49.1 %. The positive rate of UU, MH and mixed both infection were 30.5 % (381 cases), 2.8 % (35 cases) and 15.8 % (198 cases) respectively. The susceptibility rate of UU to three kinds of antimicrobial angents were Dox 97.1 %, Rox 95.3 %, Ofl 64.0 % respectively; the highest resistance rate of UU, MH and mixed both infection was Rox 85.9 %, the second was Ofl 72.2 %. Conclusion Mycoplama infection rate is 49.1 % in urogenital tract infection, major mycoplasma is UU 62.1 % (384/614); the second was UU. MH and mixed both infection 32.2 % (198/614). It is important that the detection of mycoplasma and the drug susceptibilityh assay should be done in one time because of the different susceptibility of UU and MH to antimicrobial agents.
