摘要
介绍了一种基于压力反馈控制的液压夯拔装置的结构与原理 ,对其夯入机理进行了分析 ,建立了冲击系统非线性数学模型 ,并对性能参数随工作参数的变化过程进行了仿真 ;得出了通过立柱阻力适时调节冲击系统的压力 。
The hydraulic tamping and drawing component which is controlled by pressure feedback is introduced.Based on analyzing the tamping theory, the mathematical model of the hydraulic system has been proposed, and then the performance factors changing with the work factors have been simulated. With the shock pressure of hydraulic system shifting reasonably by resistance,the shock energy and frequency can be shifted independently and steplessly.
