摘要
采用平面应力理论来分析滚轮与轨道的接触应力问题。取在压力荷载作用下沿母线接触的两个有限长度钢圆柱作为分析模型 ,分析得出了滚轮与轨道的接触应力和接触区宽度的计算公式。在 5 0 0 0kN长柱试验机上进行了滚轮与轨道的接触问题试验 ,通过测量随着荷载的变化接触区尺寸的变化 ,来验证理论分析的正确性。接触区尺寸采用印痕法测量。试验表明沿滚轮和轨道的侧向存在变形 ,不满足平面应变问题的条件。
The plane stress theory is applied to analyze the contact stress between cast track and roll wheel. The formulas for calculating contact stress and contact region width are derived. The validity of the formulas is verified by experiment in lab. The dimension of contact region is measured by means of stamp method. It is found that lateral deformation exists,which implies the condition of plane strain does not fulfill. While, the experimental data of contact width are in good accordance with the calculated results.
