摘要
国内对建筑物的防潮问题研究忽视了对湿迁移的定量分析.通过对建筑墙体内湿气迁移过程的研究,分析了湿积累现象形成的原因,建立了沿墙厚度水蒸气压力和相对湿度分布、水蒸气流量及湿积累量的数学模型.通过夏、冬两季平均工况的实例分析做出了具体计算.结果表明,墙内的相对湿度最大值点随空气的渗透率而变,并确定了墙内外表面的相对湿度、室内温度、渗透率以及空气的渗流速度是影响墙内湿迁移的主要因素.
The current study on the moistureproof problem of buildings usually ignores the quantitative analysis of moisture migration,in spite of that the heat and moisture migration is quite important for the building structures.The process of moisture migration and the causes for moisture accumulation in wall are studied in this paper,and mathematical equations are developed for distribution of water vapor pressures and relative humidities,as well as the water vapor flow and moisture accumulation.The example analyses are presented for the average set of conditions both of winter and summer climate,with the temperature at-13℃and32℃respectively.The result shows that the maximum site of the relative humidity changes with the air penetration rate.The further discussions are proposed to determine the main factors that affect the moisture migration in wall.These factors are the relative humidity at the surface,room temperature,permeability and the rate of infiltrative or exfiltrative airflow.
