摘要
鸡传染性法氏囊炎患鸡的法氏囊病料,经氟三氯甲烷氟利昂作用去除杂蛋白,并经甘仙———酒石酸钾密度梯度离心进一步纯化;细胞适应毒在鸡胚成纤维细胞上出现明显细胞病变(CPE)后,经冻融,PEG沉淀等过程纯化。电镜观察,光密度测定和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)的结果表明,得到了完整形态的鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒。
