摘要
介绍百色水利枢纽前期施工准备工程施工招投标情况 ,提出了在工程实施及合同履行过程中遇到的有关问题及处理情况 ,为日后百色水利枢纽主体工程及其他设备采购招标管理提供借鉴。
The author introduced the bidding condition of construction preparation engineering of BMPDP, expounded some problems and the processing condition in project construction and fulfilling contract. It supplied reference for the main_body project and other equipment stocking and bidding management.
