摘要 后河水库大坝为浆砌石重力拱坝,溢流面分堰顶曲线段、堰面直线段和反弧段三部分。在施工中溢流面直线段到堰顶尾部曲线段采用牵引式滑模施工方案,滑模全长20.8m,高1.0m,实施后简化了施工工序,降低材料消耗及施工劳动强度,加快了施工进度,节约46.4%的工日,克服原施工方案易出现漏浆、蜂窝、麻面等混凝土质量通病,混凝土浇筑及外观质量得到有力保证。同时在解决异形坝块轨道的布置、模板曲率可调、抹面平台简化和卷扬机钢丝绳夹角自动调节等方面进行了尝试,积累了经验。 The Houhe Reservoir lies on the upper reaches of the Yunxi River within the boundaries of Yuanqu county,Shanxi,a tribulary of the Yellow River.The dam,73.3m high is a stone masonry gravity arch type,the overall length of the dam crest is 134.31m along the curved-line axis,in the middle of which is the gated ski jump spillway section with 70.5m in length,the spillway section is surmounted by six tainder gates,the downstream face of the spillway section consists of three parts:crest curve part,straight part and bucket part.The sliding form is used in the straight part for placing concrete on the stone masonry.In this paper,the design and construction of the sliding form are introduced About 46.6% of 'man-eight hours' was saved as compared with the traditional construction method,the defect,as is often the case,such as mortar leakage,honey comb and pitted surface of the concrete has been minimized by using the sliding form.othe improvements in construction are also described additionally.
