沿淮、淮北大豆种质资源主要农艺性状遗传参数分析

Genetic Parameter Analysis of Agronomic Characters in soybean Genetic Resources

本文以我省沿淮、淮北地区65份大豆资源材料为试材,研究了该地区大豆种质资源的遗传变异特点,估计了主要农艺性状的群体平均数、遗传变异系数、遗传力、遗传进度、遣传相关及选择指数等遣传参数,明确了以生育后期、单株粒数、单株产量构成的选择指数对产量的选择效果最佳。提出了对该资源群体开发和利用的途径。

65Varieties and lines of soybean, which were chosen from the soybean germplasm populations in the Huaihe Valley and the northern regions of the Huaihe River,in Anhui. Province . were studied for the estimation of the population mean , the genetic coefficient of variation ,the heritability ,the expected genetic advance,the genetic correlation anc the selection index of main agronomic characters . the results of this study showed that the yield selection index which was composed of days from flowering to maturity,the number of seeds per plant and the yield per plant was more efective the way of exploitation and utilization of the soybean germplasm resources was suggested.
