摘要
白皮小麦品种间穗发芽敏感性有极显著的差异。白皮小麦品种中穗发芽敏感性有三种类型,即以种子深休眠为主要机制的低敏感型、以种子浅休眠和穗部因子保护作用为机制的中敏感型和高敏感型。黄熟期水层纸巾穗发芽7天试验,方法简便而高效,适用性好,能兼顾多种机制抗穗发芽材料的筛选鉴定。本文还对白皮小麦抗穗发芽育种选择指标进行了探讨。
Susceptibility of spike spouting was found very significantly different among varieties of white wheat. There were three types of susceptibilities: Low (Deep dormancy was thought to be the main mechanism), medium (Both shallow dormancy and spike-Protection were the mechanism), and high. Sprouting tests with spikes rolled in paper towel, stood, in dishes of water for 7 days were considered to be the most simple, effective, and realizable method for screening spike-sprouting susceptibility at yellow mature period. The selection criteria in breeding white wheat variety with spikes resistible to sprouting was also discussed in this paper.
