摘要
我国水资源供求予盾突出,社会发展对水资源需求迅速增加,而供水价格偏低、水污染和水资源管理等问题使水资源危机日益加剧,对人类生存和社会经济的可持续发展构成了严重威胁,水资源的可持续使用对我国国民经济的可持续发展具有重要意义.全面分析了我国水资源的现状,并对保证水资源可持续利用应采取的对策提出了建议.
The demand for water water requirement is going up with social development every day,but water pollution,and low water price threatens the social sustainable development.So we should take counter-mea-sures for sustainable utilization of water resources,we think that increasing water price,strengthening manage-ment of water resources,the re-utilization of waste water,optimizing of water resources and so on,are necessary and feasible.
