摘要 本文分析了N^+离子注入棉花引起其M_2代植株IPO(过氧化物酶同功酶)的变化情况,并探讨了不同剂量与IPO变异的关系。结果表明:IPO变异体频率和酶带变异频率随不同剂量的变化而不同。IPO不同酶带的最有效诱变剂量也不同。4×10^(16)N^+/cm^2剂量M_1代的生理损伤效应不显著,M_2代IPO变异范围较大,为最佳剂量。 The paper analyzed the variation of peroxidase isozym (IPO) from the plant of cotton M_2 generation derived from seeds treated by ion implantation, and the relationship between different doses and IPO variations. Results show that the varied frequencies of both the IPO mutant and the IPO band flutuated with doses. Under the dose of 6×10^(16)N^+/cm^2, the IPO mutant frequency and bands 6, 8 variation frequencies were largest, but the physiological damage influences of this dose on M_1 generation were very significant. While under the dose of 4×10^(16)N^+/cm^2, the influences were insignificant. IPO variation spectrums were the same with the ones caused by the dose of 6×10^(16)N^+/cm^2. Through comprehensive consideration, if 4×10^(16)N^+/cm^2 is used as the best mutagenic dose, its practical effect maybe better in cotton plasma mutagenesis.
