摘要
本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,研究了西瓜四个杂交组合种子及其萌芽期过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶谱特征。结果表明:随着种子萌发和幼苗的生长发育,POD同工酶的种类和活性皆明显增加;子叶期幼苗不同器官POD同工酶的分布存在着不均衡性。
The peroxidase (POD) isozymes in 4 watermelon hybrids and their parents were analysed by using polyacrylamide gel disc electrophoresis. The variation of POD isozymes in the proseeding of seed germination and growth and the distribution of the isozymes in different organs at cotyledon stage were disccused. No certain relationship between the advantages of watermelon hybrids and their zymogram types of POD isozymes was found. The zymogram of POD isozymes in dry seed at storage stage cannot be used for identifying watermelon hybrid, and the zymogram in plantlet at germination stage only can be used to identify a part of watermelon hybrids.
