摘要
采用相关和典型相关分析方法,对18个陆地棉品种种子的物理特性、活力水平及两者间的关系进行了研究。结果表明:种子活力及物理特性品种间差异显著或极显著。种仁率、种子密度与活力指数之间分别呈显著和极显著正相关,是影响种子活力的重要物理性状,可作为判别种子活力的主要物理特性参数。具有较高活力水平种子的种仁率>58.0%,种子密度>0.99g/ml。
Physical properties and vigour of seed and their relation were studied with 18 cotton (G. hirsutum L.) variaties(lines)by means of correlation and typical correlation analysis in 1989—1990. The results indicated that seed vigour and physical properties varied with variaties (lines), their differences were significant of highly significant. Correlation and typicasl correlation study showed that kernel rate and seed density were significantly and highly significantly correlated with vigour index, respectivily, physical properties of cotton seed affected seed vigour mainly through seed density and kernel rate, and therefore seed density and kernel rate were regarded as major parameters of physical properties of cotton seed for seed vigour estimation.
Physical properties of cotton seed with higher vigour were that seed index was over 9.0g, kernel rate over 58.0%, seed density 0.99g/ml and ratio of kernel to hull over 1.80.
