摘要
本研究结果表明,两种温度条件下褐飞虱和稻纵卷叶螟成虫头部脂褐质的荧光强度均随着成虫日龄增加而增加,并均呈线性关系。这一荧光强度法可用于是研究这两种昆虫成虫日龄。
This experiment showed that the fluorescent intensity of lipofuscin on the head of adult of brown rice planthopper and rice case worm increased with their day—age, indicating a positive linear relationship between them, under two kinds of temperature. This method can be used for study of day—age in adult rice planthopper and rice case worm.
