摘要
通过六年(1986—1991)的研究表明:灭幼脲类对菜粉蝶卵、幼虫、蛹及成虫均有很高生物活性,其活性大小依次为定虫隆>除虫脲>三氯脲>灭幼脲。对菜粉蝶生殖系统解剖表明,天幼脲类对卵巢、卵巢小管及交配囊均有明显影响,有较强的不育作用,且对天敌安全;灭幼脲类防治菜青虫最佳适期为成虫产卵盛期至孵化盛期。
Chitin synthesis inhibitors, contain IKI—7899, TH—6040, TH—6038 etc. were found to be of highly biological actvity against the eggs, larvae, pupa and adults of the cabbage—worm, Pieris rapae, and of strong sterilization. Dissection of the reproductive System showed that these chemicals had considerable effect on ovary and was safe to national enemies. The optimal treatment timing was determined at the period from peak—egg—laying to peak hatching.
