外源昆虫激素诱导家蚕卵蛋白形成、积累的初步研究 被引量:1

Prelimenary Study on Egg Protein Synthesis Accumulation of the Sildworm, Bombyx mori Induced by Exterior Insect Hormone

摘要 在雌蚕化蛹当时制成游离腹部,以外源激素诱导卵巢发育,采用SDS—PAGE技术,连续探讨了蛹血液蚕白组份和卵巢蛋白组份的变化。结果表明:游离腹部血液蚕白组份不因注射外源激素(MH或JHA)而改变,只有经注射MH后,血液蛋白组份才向卵巢中转移、积累,卵巢申形成卵特异蛋白。提示MH对家蚕卵黄蛋白发生的调节作用存在合成调节和摄取调节两个过程。由外源昆虫蜕皮激素诱导形成成熟卵的蛋白组份与正常蛹成熟卵蛋白组份相同。 The female pupae were decapitated under its chest just after the pupation, the exterior insect hormone was used to induce ovary development, and a series of chanages of the protein constituents in ovary and pupa blood were studied by means of SDS—PAGE analysis. The results were as follows: The protein constituents in the decapitated pupae did not change after the injection of the exterior insect hormone (MH or JHA). After the MH injection into female pupae, however, the protein constituents in blood transferred into ovary, accumulated there, and the synthesis of the egg specific protein occured in ovary. All of the above revealed that MH could control the vitellogenesis by both synthesis and absorbing regulations. The protein constituents inside mature eggs treated with exterior insect molting hormone were identical with those in normal eggs.
