高校图书馆数据库集团采访及费用分摊的计算

在网络环境下高校图书馆数据库集团采访已经成为一种趋势,这与传统采访模式相比有很大优越性,打破了条块管理,有利于平衡各个图书馆利益,发挥经费整体优势,有利于本地区文献采访的统一协调。但集团采访中也存在一些问题,主要是各图书馆采访费用的分摊问题,此问题解决不好有可能导致集团采访解体,给每个加盟者带来不必要的损失。本文给出了解决费用分摊的一种方法。

The group purchase of electric database in academic libraries has become a tendency in the networking environment, which has a more enormous advantage than the traditional one in breaking free from the rules and regulations of independent institutions, benefiting both the balance of the interests of component libraries and the co-ordination of document acquisition of local areas. There remains a problem of appropriate allocation of purchase without which the group purchase might not succeed. This paper gives one solution to the problem.
