摘要
本文采用单粒稻米作直链淀粉含量分析,研究了5个杂交组合稻米直链淀粉含量的遗传。结果表明:1个组合呈现WxWxWx∶WxWxwx∶Wxwxxwx∶wxwxwx=1∶1∶1∶1分离;3个组合直链淀粉含量符合3∶1分离;另1个组合无明显分离比例。并讨论了采用单粒稻米直链淀粉分析方法鉴定杂交稻杂种纯度和优质杂交稻米亲本选择原则。
Using analysis method of the single grain milled rice amylose content, it has been carried out for the genetic studies of amylose content in 5 hybrid rice combinations. The results showed that the segregation ratio of 4 genetypes WxWxWx :WxWxwx : Wxwxwx : wxwxwx was 1 : 1 : 1 : 1 in one combination of hybrid rcie (7001S×P23DaLi), the segregation ratios of amylose content were all 3 : 1 in 3 combinations of hybrid rice, the other was not clear. The hybrid rcie purity tested by the analysis method of single grain milled rice amylose content and the rule selected the parents of the good quality hybrid rice were discussed.
