胶辊胶圈使用管理对成纱质量的影响分析

Influences of Usage Management of Top Roller and Apron on Yarn Evenness

在纺制同批纱时 ,胶辊胶圈混乱使用以及相关牵伸部件状态不良对成纱质量不匀影响较大。分析了不同型号、结构、规格、表面处理、硬度及不同新旧程度的胶辊胶圈混用对成纱条干的影响情况 ;并对摇架压力、横动装置、胶圈销子及集合器等相关牵伸部件运转状态对成纱条干的影响作了分析介绍。指出应重视并提高胶辊胶圈运转管理水平 ,以降低纱线质量锭间差。

In spinning the same yarn, the confused usage of top roller and apron and the correlated draft units in bad condition affect the yarn evenness very much. Influences of various type, structure, specification, surface treatment, hardness and mixed usage of various age top roller and apron on yarn quality stability are analyzed. And the influences of cradle pressure and running condition of traverse device, apron pin and condensor on yarn evenness are also analyzed. The usage management of top roller and apron should be strengthened and improved, so as to reduce the yarn quality difference of various spindle and various spinner.
