Parameters Setting of Electronic Clearer and Yarn Defects Control of Cloth Surface

通过对纱疵分级、电子清纱器清纱参数的设定及 10万m纱疵数与布面纱疵评分之间关系的研究 ,提出建立纱疵分级仪专家分析系统的构思 ,运用纱疵分级仪测出的 10万m纱疵数 ,预测布面匹扯分质量 ,指导电子清纱器参数的设定 。

The yarn defects grading, parameters setting of electronic clearer and the relationship between defects amount of 1×10 5 metres long and cloth defects score are studied. The idea constructing the yarn defects grading expert system is put forward. With such a system, we can get the defects amount of 1×10 5 metres long, which can predict the cloth surface quality, and this can guide the parameter setting of electronic clearer, so the cloth defects will be under control.
