摘要
微生物资源是地球上三大生物资源(动物、植物、微生物)之一,微生物资源的利用和产业化开发不仅是农业可持续发展的一个方向,也是解决未来食品问题的一个重要途径。本文着重论述了可食用微生物生产的重要性和主要菌种资源以及现代可食用微生物的开发研究现状,并展望了21世纪的产业化发展前景。
The resource of microbe is one of the three living things resources——animal, plant and microorganism. The use and the industrial development of microorganism resources not only is a direction for continuous development of agriculture but also is an important way for solving food problems in the future. This paper expounded the importance of the edible microbe production and the main strain resources together with the present development research situation of the modern edible microbe and its industrialized promising future in the 21_(st) century.
