本文通过对浸胶机卷绕机构定位装置、顶针定位装置及接触压力控制系统的改造与调整 ,有效地解决了浸胶帘子布卷姿不良的问题 ,降低了返卷率。

We solve the space problem between elevator cylinder and base and the movement of needle which disturbs us long period in tire cord fabric production by original modification to rolling structure position and needle localization. Due to the problem in tension control, edge pressure control and parameter set point, we get preferential solution by large quantity of analysis, repeated experiment, laboratory test and adjustment at local site. we find the cause of bad reel shape and settle this difficulty effectively.
