摘要
讨论了带托板带式输送机的设计。建立了带托板带式输送机皮带的力学模型 ,导出反映托板位置与托板接触反力和辊上压力关系的方程 ,以及固支边界模型和简支边界模型下皮带反力和托辊压力的表达式。通过选择托板与皮带的间距 ,可获得优化的辊上压力和皮带张力 ,从而提高皮带的强度 。
A design of belt conveyor with supporting plates is discussed. The mechanical model of the belt conveyor is set up. The reaction force on belt and the load on carrier rollers under the conditions of clamped and simply supported edges are expressed respectively. The optimized load on carrier rollers and the tensile force of belts may be obtained by the choice of intervals between the belt and the supporting plates.
