摘要
由于汽车油箱的端面是异形面 ,目前国内广泛采用仿形法加工。因此 ,仿形靠模设计和制造的精度将直接影响油箱泄漏率的高低 ,进而影响油箱产品的质量。通过对传统的仿形靠模设计和制造缺陷的分析 ,提出了用计算机辅助设计仿形靠模 ,实践证明 。
The bite of end top and body is the key process in the making of an automobile tank. For the special surface of its end top, profiling mould method is widely used in the procession of domestic automobile tanks. In consequence, the designing and making accuracy will exert a direct influence on the leakage of tanks and the quality of the products. Analyzing the traditional defects in the design and making of the profiling mould, this paper puts forward the computer aid mould design, a feasible method demonstrated by actual practice.
