摘要
用浓度均为 0 .1 mol· L-1的 KCl溶液和醋酸铵溶液作底液 ,醋酸铵缓冲溶液控制溶液 p H=7.0 0 ,邻苯二甲酸二壬酯修饰玻碳电极为指示电极 ,饱和甘汞电极作参比电极 ,铂电极为对电极 ,以线扫伏安法测定食品中抗坏血酸。采用标准加入法制备工作曲线 ,线性范围 0 .0 8~ 0 .72 g· L-1,样品测定精密度 ( RSD)为 0 .33%~ 4.70 % ,加标回收率 ( P)为 82 .2 %~ 1 0 7.8%。
Ascorbic acid in food was determined at dinony(o -)phthalate modified glassy carbon electrode by linear scamming voltammetry, with 0.1 moL·L -1 potassium chloride \|0.1 mol·L -1 ammonium acetate solution as the bottom liquid. Ammonium acetate cushion solution controlled the solution's pH=7.00. Nonayl phthalate decorated the electrode as direction elec\|trode, saturation calomel electrode as compare electrode and platinum electrode as versus electrode. The linear range were 0.08-0.72 g·L -1 , the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.33-4.70%, and the recoveries (P)were 82.2%-107.8%.
