摘要
由对N ,N -二甲氨基苯甲醛、N ,N -二甲基苯胺和间N ,N -二甲氨基苯甲酸与尿素在酸催化下反应制得无色结晶紫内酯 (LCVL) .用氧化剂如过氧化氢氧化LCVL ,得到结晶紫内酯 (CVL) .讨论了反应温度、反应物配比及所用催化剂对反应的影响 .最佳总产率约为 5 4 % .
Leuco crystal violet lactone(LCVL) was prepared by the reaction of p-dimethyl-aminobenzaldehyde ? N,N-dimethylaniline and m-dimethylamino-benzoic acid with urea catalyzed by acid. The oxidation of LCVL by oxidizing agents such as hydrogen peroxide affords crystal violet lactone(CVL).The total yield is about 54%.The effects of the temperature ,the reactant ratio,and the catalyst used on the reaction were discussed.
