关于高等专科教育人才培养目标定位及其培养模式的思考

高等专科学校在目前的高校竞争中产生了紧迫的危机感。这种危机之源在于今天的高等专科学校仍延续着建国之初所设定的人才培养目标和培养模式。鉴于我国现今经济形态的特点 ,高等专科教育应从新界定人才培养目标的层次定位 ,确立新的培养模式思路 ,才能迎来新的希望。

The sourle of the crisis lies in that today's polytechnic colleges still continlle the aim for the personnel training and the training model set up in the beginning of the foundation of PRC, In view of the characteristics of the current solial economic formation in china, polytechnic educatiom shouldreset the level orientation of its oun personnel training and establish a new idea for the training model. only in this way can we get our new hope.
