摘要 Since the beginning of the new century, all trades in China have started to introduce e commerce, and many traditional enterprises have scrambled for this newly born business. It is important and urgent for China Post to introduce and develop e commerce. But what measures should we adopt to develop e commerce? This paper provides some practical and reasonable approaches and strategies to develop e commerce.
