摘要
对石蜡的调合特别是调合蜡的碳数分布进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,为使调合蜡的碳数分布基本呈正态分布 ,调合时应采用四组分调合 ,且调合用的四种原料蜡的碳数分布最大值对应的碳原子数应在 2 5～ 3 5范围内呈梯度分布。建立了石蜡调合的数学模型 ,该模型已以应用于实际生产 ,获得了显著的经济效益。
Paraffin wax blending, especially the carbon number distribution of blended wax has been studied. The result shows that in order to make the blended wax carbon numbers in normal distribution, four wax fractions should be blended and the carbon atoms corresponding to their maximum value of the carbon number distribution should be in the rang of C 25～C 35 and distributed in gradient. Mathematical model for paraffin wax blending has been established and used in production. Good economic benefits have been obtained.
