摘要
总结了加热炉自动控制设计的各方面 ,包括炉出口温度控制 ,防止炉管结焦控制 ,炉膛压力控制 ,氧含量控制和加热炉的联锁系统。提出了对多路进料加热炉用热量均衡控制防止炉管结焦的策略 ,并将热量均衡控制方案和流量均衡控制方案加以比较 ,说明了两种方案的适用条件和优缺点。
Automatic control of furnace is summarized with inclusion of the control of heater exit temperature, avoiding coking in heater tubes, pressure and oxygen content in the heater chamber and the interlock system. A control scheme in which heat equalization is used to avoid coking in multi-pass feedstock heater tubes has been proposed and compared with the control scheme of flow rate equalization. Suitable conditions of the two control systems,together with their advantages and disadvantages, have been described.
