介绍了高强度钢丝帘线的原材料、生产工艺流程和物理性能。拉拔高强度钢丝应采用多道次、每次较小的部分压缩率进行。单丝总压缩率一般为 95 5 %~ 97 5 %,每次拉拔的部分压缩率为 12 %~ 14 %。铅淬火热处理工艺中一定要控制不出现先共析渗碳体。还对普通与高强度钢丝帘线性能进行了对比。
The material,processing technology and physical properties of high tensile steel cord are described.The high tensile steel wire should be drawn in multi-stages with smaller part compression ratio at each stage.The total compression ratio of filament is about 95.5%~97.5% and the part compression ratio at each drawing stage is 12%~14%.The lead quenching process should be controlled to prevent the codialyzed cement carbon.The properties of high tensile steel cord are compared to those of the conventional steel cord.
