目的 探讨c -erbB -2蛋白过度表达在乳癌中的临床意义。方法 用免疫组化法检测119例乳癌细胞c-erbB -2蛋白的过度表达并与乳癌其他预后指标进行比较。结果 c -erbB -2总阳性率为39.5 % ,其过度表达与肿瘤组织学类型、孕激素受体水平、年龄、腋淋巴结转移情况无关 ,与雌激素水平呈负相关 ,与肿块大小、临床分期正相关。 结论 c -erbB

Objective To explore the clinical significance of overexpression of c-erbB-2 in the breast cancer. Methods We detected the overexpression of c-cerbB-2 of 119 cases with immunohistochemistry, and compared of other prognosis markers of the breast cancer. Results The positive rate of c-cerbB-2 is 39.5%, and the overexpression had non relation to the histology type of tumor, the level of progestogen receptor, age and metastasis of axillary lymph nodes,however , it had negative relation to the level of estrogen, had positive relation to the size of tumor and clinical staging. Conclusion The overexpression of c-erbB-2 could suggest bad prognosis of the patients with breast cancer.
