皮炎洗剂治疗夏季皮炎的临床疗效观察

Observation of clinical effect of the dermatitis lotion for treatment of summer dermatitis

目的 观察自制的皮炎洗剂(主要成份 :薄荷、倍他米松、醋酸铝、二甲基亚砜)对夏季皮炎的疗效。 方法 门诊患者200例使用皮炎洗剂 ,为治疗组 ,50例使用振荡洗剂为对照组。搽药后第3、7、14天进行观察记录。结果 皮炎洗剂组痊愈120例 ,显效50例 ,有效30例 ,无效0例 ,总有效率85% ;对照组痊愈19例 ,显效13例 ,有效14例 ,无效4例 ,总有效率64 % ,两组相比p<0.05。两组起效时间相比p<0.01。结论 皮炎洗剂疗效显著 ,用药方便 ,无明显副作用 。

Objective To observation the effect of the dermatitis lotion (main component: peppermint, betafluorene, aluminium acetate and dimethylsulfoxide) for treatment of summer dermatitis. Methods 200 cases of out-patient who used the dermatitis lotion was the study group, and other 50 cases who used oscillation was the control group. We were observing and recording in the 3th , 7th and 14th day after medication. Results 120 of 200 cases were cured, 50 cases had obvious effect, 30 cases had part effect, none was inefficiency. The utility rate was 85%. 19 of 50 cases were cured, 13 cases had obvious effect, 14 cases had part effect, 4 cases was inefficiency. The utility rate was 64%. There are significance(P<0.05). The react time between two groups has significance(P<0.01). Conclusion The dermatitis lotion has dramatic effect, administration conveniently, and has not obviously side effect, so it could be ideal liniment for treatment of summer dermatitis.
