桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺组织中白细胞介素10的表达

Interleukin-10 expression in thyroid tissues of Hashimoto thyroiditis patients

目的 研究桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺组织中白细胞介素 10 (IL 10 )的表达情况。方法 采用免疫组化法研究 9例桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺组织手术标本中IL 10的表达水平和分布情况 ,同时以 11例结节性甲状腺肿及 7例甲状腺腺瘤旁正常甲状腺组织标本作为对照。结果 ① 9例桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺组织中IL 10均有表达 ,其中弱阳性 3例 ,中度阳性 4例 ,强阳性 2例 ;②IL 10的表达部位主要在甲状腺滤泡细胞的胞浆中 ,淋巴细胞浸润明显的区域内滤泡细胞的阳性率较高 ,甲状腺内浸润淋巴细胞中偶见表达 ;③结节性甲状腺肿及甲状腺腺瘤旁正常甲状腺组织中几乎无IL 10表达。结论 IL 10在桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺组织中有不同程度表达 ;在非自身免疫性疾病的结节性甲状腺肿和甲状腺腺瘤旁正常组织中几乎无表达。甲状腺滤泡细胞可能是桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺产生IL 10的主要部位。IL 10在桥本甲状腺炎的发生发展中可能具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the expression of interleukin 10 (IL 10) in human Hashimoto thyroiditis.Methods The expression level and distribution patten of IL 10 in 9 Hashimoto thyroiditis tissues were observed using immunohistochemical technique.11 nodular goiter and 7 normal thyroid tissues were used as controls.Results ①All the samples of Hashimoto thyroiditis showed positive IL 10 expression.Three of them were weakly positive, four moderately positive,and two strongly positive.②IL 10 was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm of thyroid follicular cells.The positive rate of the follicular cells in the areas where lymphocytes heavily infiltrated was higher than that in other areas.IL 10 was also occasionally expressed in the local infiltrating lymphocytes.③There was almost no expression of IL 10 in the thyroid tissues of nodular goiter and normal thyroid tissues.Conclusions IL 10 were expressed in the thyroid tissues of Hashimoto thyroiditis.There was almost no IL 10 expression in normal thyroid tissues and nodular goiter,which is a non autoimmune thyroid diseases.The cytoplasm of thyroid follicular cells was the main location of IL 10 expression in thyroid.It might imply that thyroid follicular cells could produce IL 10 in Hashimoto thyroiditis.IL 10 might play an important role in the initation and perpetuation of Hashimoto thyroiditis.
