摘要
利用2,4二硝基氟苯和绵羊红细胞分别制备小鼠细胞和体液免疫反应模型,在测定小鼠耳肿胀度和抗体生成量的同时,用放免法分别测定细胞和体液免疫反应小鼠脾中cAMP、cGMP含量及其比值,同时观察炎喜康的作用。结果表明,炎喜康10mg/kg,ig×5d能使细胞免疫反应小鼠脾中cGMP含量增加,使cAMP含量下降;而该药10mg/kg,ig×5d则使体液免疫反应小鼠脾中cGMP含量下降,cAMP与cGMP比值略高于对照组。
Effects of Isoxicam (ISO), on the contents of spleen cAMP and cGMP were studied in the mouse models of DNFB—induced delayed type hypersensitivity and SRBC—induced hemolysin formation by radioimmunoassay.
The results showed that the ISO(10mg/kg, ig×5d) could inhibit DTH of mice and decrease the ratio between cAMP and cGMP. ISO at above dose could increase the hemolysin formation of mice and the ratio between cAMP and cGMP.
