胃癌角蛋白、波形蛋白的共同表达及其意义

Co—expression of Keratin and Vimentin in Gastric Cancer and Its Significance

对胃癌及胃癌转移淋巴结进行了角蛋白和波形蛋白的免疫组化研究。结果发现:正常胃粘膜上皮、肠化上皮、异型增生上皮、各型转移癌细胞和淋巴结内各型转移癌细胞角蛋白均呈阳性反应。波形蛋白除胃癌印戒细胞呈阳性反应外,其他各型胃癌细胞均呈阴性。上述发现有助于胃癌的诊断和鉴别诊断。文中还对印戒细胞角蛋白和波形蛋白的共同表达及其意义进行了讨论。

Immnohistochemical investigations of keratin and vimentin in 40 cases of gastric cancer and 8 cases of metastatic lymphnode were studied. The results show that in the epithelia of normal gastri mucosa, intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia, all types of gastric cancer cells and the cancer cells of metastatic lymphnode were keratin positive. Beside the signet—ring cells which were positive, the other types of gastric cancer cells were vimentin negative. These findings would help us for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of gastric cancer. The significance of the co—expression of keratin and vimentin in signet—ring cells were discussed.
