摘要
伊斯兰法经历了形成、发展、顶峰、衰落及近代的改革和复兴的纵向历史过程,在整个过程中,伊斯兰法与伊斯兰教、伊斯兰政权密不可分,三者相互依存,相互融合,共同经历了近14个世纪的风风雨雨。
From the Derivation, development, top and decadence, to the formation and resurgence of modern Islamic law, the longitudinal historical course has been revealed. In my opinion, Islamic law, Islamism and Islamic power are related closely and depended on for existence, and mixed together. They have gone through almost 14 centuries in common.
