慢性肾衰竭中医辨证分型与氧自由基代谢的关系 被引量:10

The Relation Between the Differentiation of Symptoms and Signs of CRF and the Oxygen Free Radicals Metabolism

摘要 目的:观察慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者氧自由基代谢状态,以及不同中医证型的氧自由基(OFR)代谢的变化,以期能以OFR代谢的检测指标作为CRF中医辨证分型的客观参考依据。方法:选择CRF患者70例,中医辨证分型为4型,同时选择健康成年人22例,采血检测每例标本的红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力、血清丙二醛(MBA)含量。结果:CRF患者的SOD活力、GSH-PX活力低于健康成年人(P分别<0.01,<0.05),MDA含量高于健康成年人(P<0.01)。CRF中医辨证各型的OFR水平存在明显差异,自脾肾气虚型、肝肾阴虚型、脾肾阳虚型、阴阳两虚型SOD、GSH-PX活力逐渐降低,而MDA含量逐渐升高。结论:CRF患者的SOD、GSH-PX活力和MDA含量可作为其中医辨证分型的客观检测参考指标。 Objective: To study the levers of oxygen free radicals metabolism of chronic renal failure (CRF) patients and the relation between various Chinese traditional medical syndromes of CRF and oxygen free radicals (OFR) metabolism, and to hope to use the indexs of oxygen free radicals metabolism for the reference of the various Chinese traditional medical syndromes of CRF. Methods: Seventy CRF patients were divided into four various syndromes by their Chinese traditional medical differentiation of symptoms and signs, twenty-two healthy adults were chosen,and the activites of super oxide dis-mutase(SOD) in red cell and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) in blood,and the levers of malondiadehyde(MDA) in serum of both patients and healthy adults were examined. Results: The activites of SOD and GSH-PX of CRF were lower than those of the healthy adults ( P<0.01,P<0.05) .In contrast, the levers of MAD of CRF were higher than those of the healthy adults( P < 0.05) .The OFR metabolism levers were distinctly different among the various syndromes of CRF. The activites of SOD and GSH-PX gradually declined, and the levers of MAD gradually rose, while the syndromes turned from deficiency of qi to deficiency of yin, and insufficiency of yang to deficiency of both yin and yang. Conclusion: The activites of SOD and GSH-PX,and the levers of MAD of CRF are useful for the reference of the differentiation of syndromes .
