吉林省地方性砷中毒病区的环境地理特征及成因 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨吉林省环境地理特征与砷中毒病区的成因,以便科学的制定防治措施。方法采用流行病学调查结果与水文地质资料相结合的方法。结果调查区第四纪下更新统承压水是主要富砷含水层,是潜水砷含量的4.89~22.02倍,岩石中砷含量偏高是病区主要砷源,饮水中NO2、HN4、COD含量偏高是高砷富集区的主要特征。结论建议病区改水应开采第三系承压水,可达到控制砷、氟2种疾病的发生与流行。 Objective To investigate the environmental ge ographical features and formal causes of arsenism area in Jilin province,so as to adopt scientific p rotective method.Method Combine the investigation of Epidem iological with the hydrography data.Result The bearting pressure water of the quaternary period pleitocene epoch in this area is the main level full of ar-senic.The amount of arsenic is 4.89t o 22.02times more than that in shallo w water level.The large amount of ars enic in rocks is the main source,with the main featur e that the drinking water here is high in NO 2 ?HN 4 ?COD.Conclusion The bearing water of tertiary -period should be exploite d to control the development of arsen ism and fluorosis.
