一种新的凋亡抑制蛋白:FLIP 被引量：1

摘要 FLIP(FLICE inhibitory protein)是近年来发现的一类含有死亡效应结构域 (DED)的凋亡抑制蛋白 ,在病毒、真核生物、哺乳动物等许多物种中广泛存在。FLIP在结构与序列上与Caspase 8有很多相似之处 ,且能抑制Caspase 8结合到死亡诱导信号复合物 (DISC)上 ,从而阻断Fas介导的凋亡信号转导。因此认为FLIP与炎症、肿瘤及自身免疫性疾病的发生、发展密切相关。对FLIP的进一步研究将有助于深化对这些疾病的认识 。
