PKC亚型的生物学特性与调节功能 被引量：10

摘要 PKC是细胞内信号转导的重要递质 ,迄今为止 ,已分离纯化至少 12种PKC亚型。有关PKC亚型与其它信息转导通路的关系、以及各亚型在细胞增殖、分化、凋亡等调节作用机制的研究 ,近年来都取得了突破性进展。针对在不同的细胞中PKC亚型的生物学效应和调节功能的差异 ,最终研制出高选择性PKC抑制剂 。
